 Single grape, single vineyard merlot. Nature gave us lower yields than previous vintages. With the perfect fall weather we had the luxury of picking when the grapes reached perfect maturity. Resulting wine is denser, and packed with more structure and weight than its previous predecessors. Textbook example of a great merlot from the Golden Mile.
Recommended Food Pairing:
Don’t be afraid of pairing this wine with the richest of the dishes. Intensely flavored
marinates with your choice of steak would be a great accompaniment. Rosemary and garlic rubbed rack of lamb is a favorite.

This is an appealing Merlot, plump and fleshy with blackberry and black currant flavours.
