We are thrilled to share that Le Vieux Pin was showcased alongside the cuisine of two of Canada’s leading chefs – Chef David Hawksworth of Vancouver’s Hawksworth Restaurant and Chef Victor Barry of Splendido, during Splendido’s Food & Wine Exchange series, last month.
Vancouver Magazine’s Chef of the Year joined forces with Chef Barry to craft a delectable 13-course component menu, featuring the very best of east and west seasonal ingredients. Highlights include beautiful BC Dungeness Crab with heirloom tomatoes, and Peking Duck with apricot and cannelloni. Dishes were paired with wines from around the world, including our very own Le Vieux Pin Sauvignon Blanc!
