Customer Policy

To all our cherished customers, we have implemented new guidelines to our wineries while navigating through the Covid-19 Pandemic. They have been created accordingly to follow Tourism, Hospitality and Wine Industry, British Columbia’s recommendations. These new measures are adopted to ensure everyone’s safety while striving to provide our services.

If you have underlying medical conditions, it is recommended that you do not visit our facility.

Anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, which primarily displays as a persistent cough, will not be permitted on the premises. If you are sick, please stay home.

If you have travelled outside Canada, you are not permitted on our premises until you have self isolated for a minimum of 14 days.

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or you live in a household where someone is showing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

Barriers and designated areas have been put in place to ensure physical distancing is met at all times (minimum of 2 metres).

Failure to observe physical distancing risks the closure of the facility, and as such, you will be asked to leave the premises.

Washrooms on the premises are disinfected frequently and will visibly display time and date of each clean. Hand sanitizers are displayed at strategic locations.

Face coverings will be not be required upon entering the tasting room. It is at your own discretion. As they are not the primary method of spreading the contamination of Covid-19.

To control at all times, the number of people on the premises and limit the maximum quantity of people per party, we have switched our facility to tasting by appointment only. When booking a reservation, you will be required to provide email and phone number, as a way to trace who has been through the facility in the case of an outbreak.

No cash transactions will be accepted. We accept Interact including; Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

As the new reality continues to develop, we will strive to maintain our educational yet entertaining form of hospitality at the winery. The way we conduct a tasting is outlined in a more in-depth document at the winery. The safety of our customers and our staff is paramount and the measures we have put in place above will allow us to continue our operations.
