"L'équipe au vignoble fait également chaque jour des tests de pression d'eau sur les plants de vigne. Ce travail consiste à prendre une feuille et à la passer dans un appareil qui détermine les taux d'humidité et les niveaux de stress d'une vigne. Avec de la pression, l'eau sort du pétiole. Cela nous permet de voir s'il faut donner plus d'eau ou si l'irrigation qu'on a faite pendant la nuit ou la veille est encore en action, explique Séverine Pinte."
